At this year’s OVO Energy Women’s Tour, it is not just about cheering on the world’s best over the course of the five spectacular stages next month, but also about getting on your bike and challenging yourself too!

With the current beautiful start to the Summer, plenty of you will be getting out on your bikes and enjoying the sunshine and blue skies, so why not put a target in your diaries and sign-up for our official cycle sportive, the OVO Energy Tour Ride on Sunday 1 July.

On a route inspired by the Women’s Tour and featuring the beautiful Suffolk locations of Southwold, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh to name but three, you can cycle in the wheel tracks of the world’s best this July.

We have both a 30-mile and 80-mile route, starting and finishing in Southwold, home of Adnams, which will each use roads as ridden in Stage One of this year’s OVO Energy Women’s Tour (Wednesday 13 June) but also sections of route as raced by both the men’s and women’s Tours in previous years.

£5 from every entry goes to Breast Cancer Care, or you can sign-up for a charity place and pledge to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care. For more information about the routes, please click here, or to go direct to the entry system please click here.

There will be the chance to ride under the OVO Energy Women’s Tour arch to start and finish your ride, plus an exclusive medal for everyone who finishes, along with a complimentary drink from our partners Adnams.  With the finish on the green in the centre of Southwold, it will be a beautiful location to relax with a well earned drink post-ride, and to chat with your fellow riders and fundraisers.
