Can Dutchwoman Demi Vollering move a step closer to claiming this year’s overall victory in the 117.8-kilometre stage, one that starts in Shoeburyness and finishes along the cost in Westcliff-on-Sea?
Stage four will be the race’s first-ever visit to Southend, a famous seaside resort known for having the world’s longest pleasure pier, seven miles of coastline (including five Blue Flag beaches stretching from Shoeburyness to Leigh-on-Sea), and its vibrant cultural offering.

Stage four begins by Shoeburyness’ East Beach at 11am, with the finish along Western Esplanade in Westcliff-on-Sea scheduled to take place at 2:21pm. Click here to view the full timetable.
