The UCI Women’s WorldTour continues this weekend in Belgium with one of the world’s biggest single day races, the famous Ronde van Vlaanderen, or Tour of Flanders on Sunday 3 April.
The UCI Women’s WorldTour continues this weekend in Belgium with one of the world’s biggest single day races, the famous Ronde van Vlaanderen, or Tour of Flanders on Sunday 3 April.
The pinnacle of the cobbled classics for the women, the Ronde van Vlaanderen UCI Women's WorldTour race celebrates its 13th edition taking place just ahead of the men's event and covering 142-kilometres, including ten classified climbs.
Names such as Haaghoek, Oude Kwaremont and the Paterberg are famous with cycling fans the world over, so make sure you check out the latest edition of the UCI Women's WorldTour Chronicle looking at the race and previous editions.

The latest rider list is available on ProCyclingStats here. Current WorldTour leader Chantal Blaak wears #12 and lines up alongside teammate Lizzie Armitstead. Between both riders they have won all four UCI Women's WorldTour rounds held so far in 2016.
Last year's winner Elisa Longo Borghini is #1 leading a strong Wiggle HIGH5 team while there's extra British interest with former Matrix Fitness Series champion Eileen Roe lining up for Lares Waowdeals and domestic squads Podium Ambition p/b Club La Santa and Drops Cycling Team both making their UCI WorldTour debuts.
