Each day will see the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Best British Rider jersey presented by a very special VIP, here’s the information on day three’s presenter.

STAGE 3 – FELIXSTOWE TO CLACTON, Friday 9th May
Michaela Dunn (25) from Maldon
Diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) March 2013.

After a couple of weeks laid up with ear infections and feeling generally very unwell, Michaela unfortunately took a turn for the worse and was rushed to hospital. Following tests, she was told she had leukaemia and was transferred to St Bartholomew’s Hospital to undergo chemotherapy immediately. On the 31 July 2013 she received the wonderful news that she was in remission.

She says: “I feel honoured to be part of such a huge event and to represent Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and blood cancer patients. My cancer experience was tough and it has taught me a lot, but no matter how low things get there are always so many beautiful reasons to be happy.”
