Fancy a two-wheeled test this summer? Entries for the 2018 OVO Energy Tour Ride supporting Breast Cancer Care are now open!

Taking place on Sunday 1 July, this year’s sportive provides cycling enthusiasts with the opportunity to ride a route inspired by Stage One of the 2018 OVO Energy Women’s Tour in Suffolk.

Open to male and female riders of any ability, this is the perfect opportunity to ride along the same roads as world champions and top professionals. With two routes – 30 and 80 miles – available across largely flat terrain, participants of all levels of experience can enjoy a great day of cycling while fundraising on behalf of Breast Cancer Care.

Both rides will start and finish on Southwold Common, and take in Dennington, Stradbroke and Heveningham. Those tackling the 80-mile route will also pass through Framlingham, the Grand Départ of this year’s OVO Energy Women’s Tour. To find out more about the routes, click here.

Standard entries cost £35, with £5 of that fee going direct to Breast Cancer Care. Alternatively, why not benefit from a reduced £15 entry, available to any participant who pledges to raise £150 or more for our charity partner? Under 16s can enter the event for just £5; all riders must be 12 or above on the day of the event.
