AWOL O’Shea will celebrate their first year as a UCI Continental team by making their Women’s Tour debut this October.
Founded in 2017, the team seek to help young riders make the transition from a solo to a more team-based sport, as well as assisting with the demands of cycling and education at school and beyond.
Charlotte Broughton has long been one of the most underrated riders on the British domestic scene, having posted several top-2o finishes in rounds of the National Circuit Series and Tour Series. A former runner, Hannah Bayes is a strong time trialist, while Connie Hayes placed 16th at the National Circuit Race Championships in 2019.
