After the success of British World Champion Lizzie Armitstead in the season opening Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in Belgium yesterday, what better time is there to settle down with a copy of the new edition of Procycling, containing a preview of the new UCI Women’s WorldTour, which begins next weekend.

Out now and available in all good newsagents and supermarkets, the March issue of Procycling (Alexander Kristoff cover) contains a great 10-page preview of the new UCI Women's WorldTour.

There's a look at the events, the importance of the new calendar and an interview with Rabo Liv star Anna van der Breggen.  Plus Procycling have suspended reality and picked their fantasy women's squad for 2016, including reigning Aviva Women's Tour champion Lisa Brennauer of the Canyon SRAM team.

The UCI Women's WorldTour gets underway on Saturday in Italy at the Strade Bianche in Tuscany, so expect to be reading a lot more about the new programme of races over the coming week.

The Aviva Women's Tour will be the first British event on the WorldTour, taking place from Wednesday 15 to Sunday 19 June, and we'll be keeping you up-to-date with how the season unfolds after each event as the excitement builds towards the Aviva Women's Tour.
