The Blossom Charity has been appointed community partner of stage six of the this year’s AJ Bell Women’s Tour in Suffolk on Saturday 9 October.

They will be joining the tour and offering free 90-minute workshops to help people who have been impacted by the last 18 months. The workshops are to help build confidence.

The workshops will be run by Bridget McIntyre, the founder of the blossom charity, and Susie Donaldson the Head of Programme Development. They have developed a workshop which looks at what’s been happening and helps people reset their factory settings, helping them find their feet in the current circumstances. The plan is to look back at the last 18 months – understand what’s been happening and importantly offer a practical toolbox to help them plan and regain confidence.

There will be two free workshops on Saturday 9 October  – one in Stowmarket (at 9am at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre) and one in Felixstowe (at 12pm at the Leisure Centre). To book your place please contact cheryl@theblossomcharity.co.uk.

The Blossom Charity was the community partner for the Women’s Tour two years ago and travelled across the UK offering training during the week-long tour, working with 100s of women.
