The Specialized Lululemon team grew out of the highly successful HTC - Highroad team and is now owned and run by the Velocio Sports company.
The team's highly distinctive kit and bike designs will prove popular with British fans, but the team is about much more than that with world number seven Evelyn Stevens, who has completed an amazing story to racing at the world's highest level, having quit her job with an investment bank in New York as recently as 2009.
Since then she has taken two World titles in the Team Time Trial with Specialized Lululemon as well as individual Silver in the time trial, plus numerous other wins including La Route de France and La Fleche Wallonne (2012) and the Giro del Trentino (2013).
The major signing for 2014 is Tiffany Cromwell, who joins compatriot Loren Rowney on the American squad. A former basketball player, Cromwell is a regular in the Australian national team, with her biggest victory to date being semi-classic Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in 2013.
