SKODA UK will own the Mountains Classification in Britain's biggest men and women's professional cycle races from 2017, with news that the car manufacturer, whose heritage was founded in cycling, have extended their partnership with The Tour of Britain and will also become the new Queen of the Mountain sponsors for The Women's Tour.
The Warwickshire launch of the 2017 Women's Tour took place today at the University of Warwick with further details about the route announced, including the intermediate Sprints and Queen of the Mountains locations.
Alongside the launch of The Women's Tour 2017, SweetSpot also announced a new partnership with Breast Cancer Care, who will be the official charity partner to the UCI Women's WorldTour race, that culminates in London on Sunday 11 June.
